Nice sound for midrange/treble

Being a 3.5" speaker, you can't expect much bass. I bought these to augment two Lanzar 8" triaxial speakers in the door. I installed these in the dash. The magnets are rather large and were a tight fit, but I didn't have to do any modifications. The sound is good. Treble is excellent. Midrange is solid. I can't tell that any bass is coming out, but my 8" speakers take care of that. Now I have good stereo imaging, vocals are strong and mid-range instruments sound great.They are vey inexpensive but sound as good as much more expensive speakers that I've purchased.

t have a 4runner and replace the 2.5 inch speaker with this. what a difference sounds very clear, i am impressed. 2 thumbs up. built well

I'm running these straight off my CD deck(LF and RF speakers) and they sound great. They came with screws and some decent wires(no grills, but I didnt need any). Can't believe they were so cheap. I'd take a .5 star off because I had to check the polarity with a battery( I looked everywhere for +/- symbols, red dots, etc.).
