Product Description
Get in gear with the Pyle Gear series! These speakers are designed to provide the best quality sound for the budget-minded enthusiast. These 7” x 10”, four-way speakers have 450 watts of pure power, supported by a 0.5” neodymium dome tweeter and super dome tweeter for sweet highs, 2” polymer cone for rich mids, and a high temperature voice coil to round out the low end. The non-fatiguing butyl rubber surround and yellow-color poly-injected cone provide a sturdy foundation for keeping your sound crystal clear and distortion-free. The 120 oz. magnet structure allows these speakers to achieve a frequency response of 40 Hz to 22 kHz. To boost performance, these speakers have been equipped with a strong capacitor, meaning your speakers will never struggle for power. These speakers look cool, too, thanks to the yellow coated steel basket. Includes custom grills, wires, and installation hardware. You’ll hear everything you were meant to hear with Pyle Gear.

Background:I have a whole Pyle audio system in my bug, I put in 13 years ago. The speakers (and stereo) are still going great today. I have the 8-way 500w speakers from long ago, as well as the 3 and a half inch 2-ways from long ago, and they are both loud and very clear sounding.I figured Pyle would still be rocking the great inexpensive speakers.Wrong.1 of these speakers was all broken when I recived them. Luckily, the speaker itself was still putting out sound well, so I decided to glue the broken pieces (just the plastic middle pieces that hold the tweeters, not any of the tweeters themselves) and keep the speakers. I shouldnt have done that. I should have boxed them up and rma'ed them. They are ok speakers. A tiny teensy bit better than the Jaguars that were in it, but only because there is a bit more bass in these than the jaguars. The jags do the higher notes a lot better and crisper. The Pyles seem a bit muddy.I will probably replace them in a couple years with some good speakers, if they last that long.:(
