Used a pair of these for a surround sound in my house, my sub woofer amp(separate from the home theather) runs at 200 watts rms minimum and boy do i shake the house up. The HOUSE!!, walls rattle... this speaker sounds very clean also. If you plan to install this in your car, i would only buy one... unless you want your car to fall apart. Would strongly recommend this Subwoofer. (Ported is Better for this sub because of the low RMS and the size). More than 5 years and hundreds of mindless hours of sound,stereo,amp,music in research and experience. =D haha. cleanest sub I've ever heard

I bought this subwoofer basically because it was 40$ and didnt want to spend much. not expecting that it was going to be as loud as it is. i have it hooked up to an 1000 watt mono block amp and hits deeper and harder then my two 750 watt 12s. great deal next step is to buy another but for one 15" it preforms amazing. only reason i gave it a four star is because its a low wattage sub and can get distorted with too much power. but at peak power you can be heard from 1/4 mile easly.
