As the title says it does the job but it's not very durable sturdy material. It's pretty flimsy but it looks nice and keeps my subwoofer camouflaged so people don't see the actual speaker when I open my trunk. I would recommend getting a higher quality cover if you're moving your speaker around a lot or if it's going to get bumped. For the price though it's a good deal, it suits my needs and I'm happy with it. So 4 stars it gets!
