Pyle used to be a good name in speakers. Now it appears it's just another crappy Chinese import brand. I bought these for my boat, and the price was certainly right, but the construction is terribly shoddy. Surprisingly, they sound OK.I wasn't 10 minutes into the installation when the wiring terminal strip broke off one speaker. The wires going to the coil are the only thing holding it in place now. Not a good situation. Installing the 2nd speaker I handled it much more gingerly to avoid a repeat, but that one also fatigued with just a touch. I managed to install it without it breaking off completely, but just barely.I expect I'll need to replace these next season, as a speedboat is a punishing application for cheap speakers. I'll spend more for a better pair next time around.

I bought these speakers for a stereo pod I placed on my motorcycle.I had to have a set of speakers that were small, waterproof and didn't cost an arm and a leg.These speakers works great and have sufficient sound quality for their size and price.I am very happy with these speakers and I would recommend these speakers to others that need small speakers that are waterproof and have a tight budget to work with.

I have them on my Goldwing motorcycle year 1980 and they are so GREAT !! I had the radio but needed the speakers before Icould put everything on the bike. Thanks Amazon
