I needed a single 15" sub for my car (cougar) and wanted something that can handle decent wattage.. looked decent...and save me some money ..while satisfying me as far as quality and sound.. so i ordered this Legacy sub...the shipment came fast...nothing was damaged...nice size magnet..two sets of terminals..rubber surround..and cool color on the woofer...it does have lettering on the face in white letters... and i thought it was all one color...but it isnt bad... i screwed this sub in..in a sealed box...wired it up to an 800 watt amp... and cut my stereo on... the sound is great!..good low tones..beats hard...and without even turning my amp up.. i even have my stereo bass level turned down to negative...lol..i listen to mainly hip hop music...and i have to say...im satisfied.... :)

These woofers appear to be well made and affordable, but they are not made of anything quality at all. I bought two of these and powered them with 1000watts each and they both blew. I know what you are thinking too, but no I wired everything to the correct resistance(Ohms) and gave the subs a two week break in period before I turned up the volume. Guess what THESE SUBS SUCK one star is too generous.

there was only one review so i thought i will do one .i have just recived my sub . i recieved it a few days eirlier than expected which was great. nothing was damaged and so far i am very happy with it. im repacing my diamond audio 12 with 2 of these 15's. my old amp litterally caught on fire( i think i was pushing it too hard) but im also replacing that with the legacy 4400- 4channel amp. im hoping this set up will pound. will update when i get it all hooked up**update**returning this subwoofer asap!!! sounded horrible!! i had a box custom made for this with all the specs for it and it sounded horrible and then it started to smoke and after that no sound was comming out. do not buy this sub!! never again legacy never again
