Installed in 2002 Saab 9-3 hatchback. Heck of a lot better sounding than stock speakers. Not nearly as nice as super expensive stuff from Focal and others. Though these sure were easy on the pocket book. A quick FYI to anyone considering replacing a 3.5" speaker. Generally, you're never going to get much more bass response but the mids/highs will really come to life.

I installed these in a 2013 Mazda CX-5 sport. There are no speaker harness adapters available at the time so I spliced the wires. The passenger side fits fine but the driver side is tight with some plastic below the magnet. With some force I was able to get them screwed down. The sound improvement is huge. OK seeing as the CX-5 sport does not come with speakers in the dash and only wire, anything would be an improvement. But, as for just coming from a 2010 Mazda3 with the 10 speaker Bose system, these are just as clear vocals as the Bose system in my last car provided. Besides being clear and crisp, they can go very loud without distortion. I am very pleased.I have ordered a set of the Polk DB651 to put in the front and rear doors to match the sound of these DB351's.I would recommend these to a friend.

I used these speakers to replace the OEM speakers in my New Holland tractor cab. The sound is a great improvement over the originals, but dont expect huge sound becuase they are just 3.5's. The center tweeter extends up above the front of the speaker by about three quarters of an inch. As a result the factory flat/flush grills would not work. I trimmed the round Polk grills to fit and it all worked out fine.
