The only review I could find for Audiopipe was for their subs which were rated as decent so I took a gamble on these coaxials. Well if you like bass these have it. Unfortunately the mids and highs are lacking. The sound clarity is superior to the 15 y/o Ford factory premiums they are replacing and with less distortion at higher volume. But there is a hollowness to them like being in a large empty room or at a live concert where the vocals get drowned out. Setting the bass to naught and nearly maxing out the treble helps to balance things out. I still prefer the overall sound quality of the factory to these. For budget speakers these are not bad and I have no reservations about there durability so I will use them. But for a few $ more I would go with a more reputable brand.

These are not even as good as the OEM speakers that were rmeoved. Replaced them back with OEM and returned them.

I bought these to upgrade my factory 2003 Ford Ranger speakers from the Mach 3 entertainment system. Needless to say the clarity is much better than the factory could have ever been. All I did was change the speakers using wiring harness attachments I did nothing to the stereo. For my basic to and from radio needs these are probably the best bang for your buck in my opinion. This review was written one week post install so I have got a better feel for them.
