I bought these New & they come-in in mint condition and on time. I've read review were people say they've had a hard time installing these Grills. I'm here to tell you thats not true. If you are putting these on JL Audio SGR-12W6V2 subs. You have to take the black plastic ring OFF the sub 1st. Place the ring over the grille so the ring is flush with the edge grille, Then place the ring w/ the grille back on the sub. They fit perfectly.

The cover was hard to put on at first but once everything started to fit I have not had any issues.
